Free the Inmates
Aimed at getting offenders who have not yet been tried up to now and yet have already served the minimum required percentage of the maximum imposable penalty for the crime they are being charged with, President Mildred along with President-Elect Del Vitangcol, Charter President Ruby Bruno and Club Treasurer Atty. Nelson Clemente visited the inmates at the Makati City Jail last July 14 to discuss appropriate steps that might just give the inmates their freedom.

Guest Speaker Dr. Emelda Peralta, Chairman of the Board of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Professional Regulation Commission and Former Chief
Dietitian of the Makati Medical Center, talked about what and how to eat in order to maintain a fit and healthy body. The seminar was held last August 12 at the Grilla Bar & Restaurant, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
